On 10 June, Longxin Laser held a grand ‘Heavy-Duty Bevel Pipe Laser Cutting Machine T35 Delivery Ceremony and Technical Exchange Meeting’ at the customer production base of Yuan Zhang Machinery Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. in Yangzhou. Following the successful delivery of the K35 model in April, the T35, with its ‘intelligent bevel cutting’ and ‘zero scrap for large-diameter pipes’ technologies, provides more efficient solutions for the heavy-duty machinery manufacturing sector.

At the event, Longxin Laser's Heavy Tube Operations Director and user representatives jointly unveiled the equipment. The T35 inherits Longxin's ‘three-chuck zero scrap’design philosophy and is equipped with a dynamic bevel compensation system, enabling high-precision bevel cutting of carbon steel and other thick-walled tubes at ±45°, integrating traditional multi-step processes into a single machine.
The Yangzhou Regional Manager of Longxin Laser and a representative from the user side jointly cut the ribbon for the equipment delivery. As the red ribbon fell, a Longxin heavy-duty Pipe Laser Cutting Machine featuring ‘three clamps with zero scrap’ and ‘superior bevel processing capability’ officially made its debut.
At the delivery site, Longxin engineers demonstrated the exceptional cutting capabilities of the T35 heavy-duty beveling equipment. The user representative verified the cutting of a 350mm diameter, 10mm wall thickness carbon steel round tube on-site, with the beveled cutting surface smooth and clean, earning high praise from the attendees! Tasks that traditionally required multiple machines to complete can now be handled by a single machine—this is the power of intelligent manufacturing!
