Analysis of cutting Precision and Dimension error of Laser Pipe cutting Machine

 4. Computer operating system malfunctioned or infected with virus. The operating system needs to be reinstalled or virus killed.

 5, the application software is abnormal. Software and motion control card software will need to be reinstalled.

6, power supply is unstable or by interference signal. At this point need to install a voltage regulator or eliminate interference signals.

 7, the processing program is not correct. The process needs to be checked and repaired.
