How to Replace Consumables in the Longxin Four-in-One Air Compressor
Consumables replacement cycle
Air filter element
It is recommended to replace this every 2,500 hours of operation, or as required by the operating environment.
Clogging may result in increased fuel consumption and reduced air output.
Oil Filter
Replace for the first time at 500 hours, thereafter every 2500 hours, or as dictated by environmental conditions. Must be replaced simultaneously with the lubricating oil.
Oil-gas separator filter element
Replacement interval: 2,500 operating hours or annually.
Blockage may cause elevated internal pressure, increased host current consumption, or oil leakage.
Coolant (lubricating oil)
Replace after the initial 500 hours of operation, then every 2500 hours thereafter
or annually. Use only dedicated screw air compressor oil;
this constitutes the core maintenance requirement.
Consumable Replacement Intervals
Precision Filter Cartridge
Replacement interval: 3000–4000 hours.
Replace promptly when differential pressure exceeds 0.5 bar.
Automatic Drain Valve
It is recommended to clean this valve every six months and inspect it weekly for blockages to prevent obstructions.
Safety Valve Calibration
This valve must be calibrated annually by qualified personnel to ensure operational safety.
Standard Operating Procedure for Consumable Replacement
Power-Up and Warm-Up
Operate the machine for several minutes
to raise oil temperature, facilitating
complete drainage of old oil.
Shutdown and Power Disconnection
Shut down the machine, disconnect power supply,
and affix warning signs to ensure operational safety.
Locate Components
Open the oil filling port, locate
the oil filter and drain port.
Draining Old Oil
Place a container underneath, unscrew the drain valve, and completely drain the old oil.
Standard Operating Procedure for Consumable Replacement
Remove old oil filter
Utilise specialised tool to remove old oil filter.
Install new oil filter
Apply fresh lubricant to the sealing ring of the new oil filter, then hand-tighten.
Refill with new oil
Close the drain valve and add the specified grade of new lubricating oil through the filler port to the standard oil level.
Test run inspection
Start the machine for a test run and check for any leaks.
